We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious, dependable, adaptable, and enjoys bringing order to chaos.

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on employee records.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities and collecting feedback.
  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation and maintaining records.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback.

Bonus points if you have hands-on experience in logistics or admin coordination.

As a member of our People team, your primary responsibilities will include learning systems, shadowing onboarding tasks, owning data accuracy, and running onboarding end-to-end.
