Experienced Quality Assurance Manager Needed
At Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology and quality assurance, with at least 12 years of experience in the beverage or food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products meet company standards for quality and safety at optimal cost.
- Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to guidelines and specifications.
- Direct responsibility for two-way traceability of raw materials and finished products.
- Implement and maintain a calibration program for equipment and verify concentration of chemical reagents.
- Ensure storage conditions conform to standards for raw materials, packaging materials, and final products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives.
