Lead Frontend Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical roadmap for the frontend stack, making strategic decisions to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and trends, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and optimize development processes.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience in technology development or services.
  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design principles.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture patterns, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Must have exposure to Micro Frontend architecture and Observability tools.
  • Expertise in modern web technologies, state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
