Senior SAP OTC Analyst Job Description:

The Senior SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP S4 Fashion Solution for individual SAP order-to-cash processes within the global implementation.

This position engages in business process design for order management, logistics, storage & distribution, and contracts, customer master, and billing. The primary focus will be on partnering with business, integrator, and IT teams to design and implement order-to-cash deliverables within mutually agreed-upon guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Definition and configuration of key processes that drive OTC solutions, integration, and processes.
  • Map functional capabilities of IT systems to meet business requirements.
  • Accountable for future IT functional and technical design, configuration, and integration of the SAP S4 Fashion OTC and other OTC Solutions.
  • Participate in key process workshops and issue resolution sessions.
  • Contribute to the future IT solution design, testing, deployment, and change management.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, computer science, or other relevant discipline required.
  • Certified in SAP SD/OTC Functional Configuration preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written and verbal.
  • 8+ years minimum experience in SAP OTC configuration and programming leadership with recent hands-on experience preferred.
