Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and datasets that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Connect to various data sources and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and manage data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to support analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Implement and enforce best practices in data visualization, governance, and security.
  • Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Power BI solutions for speed and scalability.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and self-service analytics needs of business users.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in Power BI development and data visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL, data preparation, and data cleansing.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
