Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Director to lead our production facility in India.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management and a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing processes.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and guide a team of production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Implement process enhancements to boost production capacity and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management to guarantee timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Monitor production metrics and present reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in factory operations or manufacturing management.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
