AEM Forms Lead Job OpportunityJob Description

As a highly skilled AEM Forms expert, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AEM Forms projects. Your primary goal is to ensure that these projects meet client requirements and deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality.

You will also be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager Forms. Ensuring best practices in AEM Forms development is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions and integrate AEM Forms with other platforms and technologies seamlessly.

Your responsibilities will also include optimizing the performance and scalability of AEM Forms solutions and identifying and resolving issues related to AEM Forms applications to ensure smooth operation.

Innovation is key in this role as you will need to stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and best practices, applying them to improve internal development methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Git and Agile methodology.
  • Certifications: AEM certification is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
