Chief Architectural Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design and project management. They should have hands-on experience with traditional software and modern AI tools, bringing innovation and creativity to client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and present high-quality architectural concepts and presentations.
- Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
- Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.
- Software proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
- Ai knowledge & tools:
- Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITEChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
- Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
