We are seeking a meticulous and reliable accounts payable professional to oversee vendor payments and ensure financial accuracy across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices related to construction, design, and project services, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders, work orders, and contracts, maintaining precise records.
  • Coordinate with site teams and procurement for invoice approvals and clarifications, fostering effective communication.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors, consultants, and service providers, adhering to industry standards and accounting principles.
  • Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and aging reports, providing insights into financial performance.
  • Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and RERA-related documentation, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare payment schedules and manage disbursement cycles, optimizing cash flow and reducing risks.
  • Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the real estate or construction sector, showcasing expertise in industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • A strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, staying informed about regulatory changes and updates.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and meeting commitments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry standards.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, building strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
