Billing Executive Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to manage and maintain accurate billing records for customers, ensuring timely payment and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery
  • At least one year of experience as a Billing Executive in a large format store
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, rules, and regulations
  • Passion for numbers and financial data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
