We're looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, analyzing ad performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ad networks, analytics tools, and A/B testing principles. They'll be responsible for managing multiple ad accounts, creating and implementing optimization strategies, and resolving customer queries in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in ad operations.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize campaign yield.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall ad revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ad tech and ensure our platform remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with ad networks (AdSense, AdX, DFP), analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and developments.
  • Experience with HTML, JS, and ad operations is a plus.
