We're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Location: Flexible options available.

Experience: 2+ Years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.

Type: Full-Time

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and testing skills, with a passion for quality and a desire to work on cutting-edge SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional and manual testing for web-based SaaS applications.
  • Write and execute test cases, create and maintain test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Design and implement automated tests using Playwright or similar tools.
  • Understand and test database queries, ensuring data integrity and backend validations.
  • Log and track issues using JIRA and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/YouTrack,GitHub,Jenkins.
