Closure Mechanism Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Closure Mechanism Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop and integrate closure mechanisms and systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.

  • Proficient in NX software for design and development tasks.
  • Strong understanding of engineering client or any PLM system.
  • Concept proposal and packaging study for door modules, latches, handles, hinges, drives, fuel flap systems, hood systems, and camera actuators.
  • Kinematic studies and calculations to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (CFT) for simulation, manufacturing, and vehicle integration feedback.
  • Quality assurance and project timelines management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of closure mechanisms and systems.
  • Integration of door module, latches, handles, hinges, drives, fuel flap systems, hood systems, and camera actuators.
  • Concept proposal and packaging study for closure mechanisms and systems.
  • Kinematic studies and calculations.
  • Quality assurance and project timelines management.
  • Collaboration with CFT for feedback and integration.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in NX software.
  • Strong understanding of engineering client or any PLM system.
  • Experience in closure mechanism design and development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of closure mechanisms and systems into the overall product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NX software and experience in closure mechanism design and development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating closure mechanisms and systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams for simulation, manufacturing, and vehicle integration feedback.
