Electrical Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed costing sheets and submitting techno-commercial bids along with required bidding documents as per tender requirements.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GA (TTA & PTTA), SLD, schematic diagrams of LV/MV switchboards, enclosures, distribution boards, and compact substations including LV/MV switchgears, relays, CT/PTs, PLCs, OEM price lists, technical catalogs of relevant products.
  • He/she should possess excellent planning skills for executing jobs to meet target timelines. The successful candidate should also have good communication, documentation, and analysis skills to enhance productivity and records.
  • A fair knowledge of commercial terms such as ABG, PBG, payment terms, warranty/guarantee clauses is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent project coordination and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, consultants, and clients
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
