Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to support our business growth and project success. This role involves conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing performance reports for internal review and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming projects, government tenders, and competitors.
  • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in driving revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences) using established filing protocols.
  • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company policies.
  • Update and maintain document control logs to facilitate easy access.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials to promote business development initiatives.
  • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation trails.
  • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation and foster collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in business research, documentation management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships.
