• Oversee the management of our agricultural operations, ensuring efficient production planning and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast market demands and plan production accordingly.
• Maintain relationships with network farmers, providing training and guidance on sustainable agricultural practices.
• Monitor farming activities to ensure compliance with company standards and promote regenerative agriculture.
• Manage collection center activities, including receiving, sorting, and storing produce.
• Work closely with operations teams to supply high-quality produce to distribution centers.
• Plan and optimize input production at the RAC level.
• Provide feedback from the field to technical teams, contributing to the development of best practices in regenerative agriculture.
