This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of passionate individuals dedicated to sustainable fashion and performance marketing. A Paid Ads Specialist is required to help share the story of our brand with the world.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Your goal will be to reach new customers, retarget returning customers, and optimize for sales across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive ad strategies to drive business results
  • Managing ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversions
  • Designing and implementing A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights, and preparing weekly reports
  • Collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • A proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC
