Country Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing content on the Client Arts & Culture program and supporting ART & CULTURE Partners in their content management efforts.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual access to the Content Management System and ensure correct setup for each partner to manage their collection via their Dashboard and available Help articles.
  • Answer questions and guide partners through the standard lifecycle: ingestion, curation, and publication phases.
  • Troubleshoot errors preventing partners from using the platform and communicate progress and project status to stakeholders.
  • Optional: work with Operations Teams to digitize partner collections.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct content audits, write content overviews, and support the organization and logistics of physical events for promoting partner content.
  • Drive projects forward with seamless planning and execution, anticipating roadblocks and resolving issues.
  • Presents the Client Arts & Culture offer to new prospects, outlining terms and conditions to join the platform.
