Immigration Specialist

The role of an Immigration Specialist is to provide high-level support in the preparation and submission of immigration cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit complex immigration applications with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
  • Manage a large caseload independently while collaborating with inter-firm teams for efficiency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report to legal teams and managers on case progression and status.
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and US Department of State.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring procedural adherence.
  • Develop strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and delay rectification.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain records and perform consistent case tracking and management.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Three or more years of immigration experience.
  • O-1, NIW, and EB-1A experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate (desired).
