Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Technology Delivery Manager to lead our technology projects from conception to delivery.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, trust, and transparency at all stages of the project.
  • Actively listen to client requirements, anticipate needs, and translate them into actionable briefs for the tech team.
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing tailored solutions, proactive recommendations, and value-driven outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software project management, specifically with website and mobile app development, portals, and other tech solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and experience as a software engineer (familiarity with languages like JavaScript, Python, or Swift is a plus).
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Must be dynamic, confident, and capable of communicating with teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; English fluency is a must.
  • Professional client presence: well-dressed, well-groomed, confident and an extrovert
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identify challenges and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, including proposal preparation and business opportunity identification.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, JavaScript frameworks). Knowledge of Sitecore and PHP is a plus.
  • Understanding of mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
  • Experience working with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design principles are followed.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they impact website development and visibility.
