Job Title: Finance Manager - IT Service Contracts

About the Role:

The primary focus of this position is to manage financial aspects related to various IT service contracts. This includes overseeing financial transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track annual renewal purchase orders (POs)
  • Approve invoices in a designated tool
  • Monitor PO consumption and validate invoices for accuracy
  • Resolve any billing issues that may arise
  • Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis
  • Prepare monthly reports for service managers
  • Collaborate with service managers to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements:
  • A background in accounts payable with knowledge of Ariba and SAP systems
  • Understanding of accounts payable upstream processes and their impact on profit and loss statements
