We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PV Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior PV Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and development of solar PV projects, including engineering design, BOQ preparation, technical drawing creation, and cable schedule preparation. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in utility-scale MW projects and commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects, as well as excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed engineering designs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for solar PV projects.
  • Create and manage technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
  • Perform energy yield simulations and shading analysis using PVsyst software.
  • Design and document cable schedules for solar installations.
  • Collaborate with the PSM team and factory teams to ensure alignment on technical deliverables.
  • Engage with vendors to resolve technical queries and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Solar PV projects with a similar job role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in senior engineering roles.
