Job Title: CMDB Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience and play a pivotal role in aligning team capacity, setting performance goals, resource planning, and task allocation. They will also support hiring processes, manage escalations, present technical issues for leadership, report progress, create reports and dashboards, and contribute to product roadmaps and strategic decisions.

This role requires close collaboration with other managers to contribute to overall growth and improvements in processes or tools. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
