We are seeking a seasoned ESG Professional to spearhead our sustainability and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough supplier assessments, leveraging their expertise in ESG data collection and audit reporting to ensure alignment with international standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and remote supplier audits to evaluate environmental practices, labor and human rights, health & safety, ethics, and governance.
  • Assess suppliers' compliance with global regulations and industry-specific codes of conduct.
  • Evaluate ESG risks and identify areas for improvement through risk-based assessments.
  • Review supplier documents for authenticity and compliance with policies, certifications, permits, and ESG disclosures.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports outlining findings, ratings, and corrective action recommendations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, sustainability, and compliance teams to integrate ESG considerations into supplier selection and evaluation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in supplier audits, ESG assessments, sustainability consulting, or compliance.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks: GRI, SASB, UNGC, ISO standards, SDGs, OECD Guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and sector-specific ESG risks.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, risk assessment tools, and reporting systems.
