• Sourcing: Identify and source scrap metal from various suppliers, including industrial manufacturers, demolition companies, and recycling facilities.
• Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting the scrap metal industry to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the transportation and logistics of scrap metal shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and environmental standards governing the scrap metal trading industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scrap metal trading, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
