Job Title: Mobile Application Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Lead to spearhead the development of innovative software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and possess a deep understanding of modern software architectures, including microservices and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development.
  • Mandatory Multi-Platform App UI expertise.
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure).
  • Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.
