About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Payment Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance Operations Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in Payments/ PPI processes & upcoming QR programs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end reconciliation processes and GLs for programs like NACH, Cheque clearance, DD clearance, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Manage team's issues and exceptions related to process.
  • Regular interactions with 3rd party like Rupay, NPCI team, Axis and other vendors.
  • Vendor managements, Invoice validation, Billing services etc. has be handled in effective manner.
  • Update team and provide resolution to the customers via coordination with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need any undergraduate degree (BE/Btech/MBA) with experience of 3-4 years. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel is also required. Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking are essential. Adaptability and the capability to learn new processes sooner are also important.
