As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Client Data solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Product Heads, Business Heads, and IT stakeholders to agree on project requirements and ensure alignment with the wider DDI strategy.
  • Managing a team of data leads and analysts, ensuring they produce high-quality work aligned with strategic goals.
  • Developing process maps, operating models, and business requirement documents to support project lifecycle activities.
  • Designing and creating a strategic client data solution with IT Data Architects.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, users, and team members, providing regular updates on progress and taking ownership of potential conflicts or priorities.

You will be responsible for understanding our Data Strategy for Reference Data and implementing it to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, you will manage escalations, monitor the backlog, prioritize the book of work for Reference Data, and manage sprints to ensure timely delivery.

Other key responsibilities include running consumer forums to gather Voice of Consumer feedback, capturing requests accurately in the backlog, and engaging with Operations, IT, and Consumer stakeholders to ensure deliveries are met in a timely manner with desired outcomes.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining product metrics, presenting them to Product Heads at regular intervals, and being aware of Operational Risk scenarios associated with your role.
