To be successful as a SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Consultant, you will require:
- Minimum 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM/RMK) module experience
- More than 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in SF Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
- Client-facing experience
- Team handling experience is preferred
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
- Professional attributes: Good communication skills
