Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting thorough tax due diligence on various transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and labor laws.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed tax documentation and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tax issues and provide expert guidance.

Requirements:

  • CA or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting with 1-2 years' experience.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent understanding of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF compliance.
  • Superb communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
