Job Overview

At CodeTikki, we are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance user interfaces and collaborating with backend developers to integrate APIs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on developing cutting-edge web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, and managing application state using Redux, Context API, or other state management tools. Your ability to implement complex UI/UX designs, optimize performance, and manage state will be key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Develop and maintain advanced web applications using React.js and related frameworks, adhering to DRY principles.
  • Build Reusable Components: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Translate Designs: Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Optimize Performance: Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in JavaScript and relevant frameworks.
  • Experience with Frontend Development: Experience with frontend development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of State Management Tools: Knowledge of state management tools like Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
  • Ability to Work with Designers: Ability to work with designers to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
