Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in website development and possess a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full Stack Web Developer at My Care Labs, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web-based applications, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and scalable.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
  • Design and develop robust, user-friendly web applications from concept to deployment.
  • Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, Python, or other relevant back-end technologies.
  • Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across multiple devices and browsers.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and integrity.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development to continually improve our products.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of WordPress and the ability to create websites from scratch using WordPress.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in website development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong understanding of back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or similar server-side frameworks.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
