
Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

The primary responsibility of the Regulatory Compliance Specialist is to ensure all clinics operate within the framework of applicable laws and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and renew necessary licenses and approvals, including:
- PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals
- ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics)
- Bombay Nursing Home Registration
- Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances
- Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions
- Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals
- Pollution Control Board clearance
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
Government Liaison and External Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.
- Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.
- ART/PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.
- Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.
- Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to align compliance timelines with fit-out and launch schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance in a similar role.
