Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and result-driven.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building our brand presence, engaging with leads, and driving student admissions. They will work closely with the inside sales team to generate and qualify leads, conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities, create and manage content for social media & offline campaigns, support our events, workshops, and demo sessions, maintain CRM data and track funnel conversions, and present weekly reports and insights to the leadership team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing & sales campaigns for student admissions
  • Generate and qualify leads in collaboration with the inside sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Create and manage content for social media & offline campaigns
  • Support our events, workshops, and demo sessions
  • Maintain CRM data and track funnel conversions
  • Present weekly reports and insights to the leadership team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Freshers or final-year students
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics (bonus)
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about EdTech and student career transformation
