Marketing Director Leader

We are seeking an accomplished professional to drive the marketing strategy and lead a high-performing team.

About the Role:

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives aligned with institutional goals, focusing on innovation and results-driven outcomes.
  • Enhance the institution's visibility through innovative digital marketing and PR campaigns, utilizing key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, press releases, speeches, and crisis management, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
  • Lead enrollment campaigns in collaboration with admissions, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Drive branding and promotion for key events, fostering engagement and community building.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to support growth and excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications with at least 13+ years of experience in Marketing, communication, or branding, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of delivering engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of higher education marketing trends, digital media, and data analysis, with the ability to integrate insights into strategic planning.
  • Prior experience in education or service industry, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results-oriented teams.
