Financial Analyst Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial statements, analyzing and reconciling bank statements and general ledgers, posting journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue, maintaining and recording fixed assets, and preparing and filing local compliance reporting as necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Expertise in TALLY and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about financial matters.
  • Analytical Skills: Necessary to identify discrepancies and analyze financial trends.
  • Confidentiality: Maintenance of confidential financial information.

Educational Background:

  • 2+ years' related experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with TALLY, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
