As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven products.

  • Design and implement advanced testing strategies, focusing on both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to ensure high coverage and efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end testing process, ensuring quality from initial development to final release.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in testing and automation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand workflows and apply rigorous testing methodologies.
  • Implement data-driven testing approaches for data-intensive products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years Proven experience in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks, software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Python/Java, TestNG, Cucumber, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid experience with performance/concurrency testing tools like JMeter or LoadNinja.
  • Deep understanding of manual and automated testing concepts, including black box, white box, and boundary value testing.
  • Experience with API testing and API automation, integration quality focus.
  • Strong documentation skills, clear and detailed test plans and reports.
