Santha is a sustainable fashion brand working with artisans across Jharkhand, reviving local art forms and building contemporary collections.

As a Textile Designer, you will work directly with artisan clusters on design development and product innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute festive & retail collections (sarees, kurta sets, dresses, co-ords, coats & blazers)
  • Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and SKU planning
  • Travel regularly to field sites, ensuring timely design interventions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A NIFT graduate degree in Textile Design/Fashion Design/Apparel Production
  • 1–2 years of experience in textile design or a related field
  • Strong communication and project management skills
