This role emphasizes usability and interface design for internal tools that empower experimentation, pricing configuration, and real-time monitoring. The successful candidate will build and maintain ETL pipelines, collaborate with data scientists and product managers, develop APIs or backend logic, create internal dashboards or tools, ensure data quality and documentation, perform feature engineering, aggregate and transform high-dimensional datasets at scale, optimize algorithm performance, and more.

To be considered for this role, you must have flexibility working in a dynamic environment, ability to onboard immediately, at least 3 years of experience in data engineering or backend development, strong hands-on experience with Databricks and distributed data processing frameworks, strong Python and SQL expertise, experience with cloud-based platforms, and demonstrated ability to design and develop user-friendly internal tools or interfaces.

Bonus points for experience handling large-scale, high-dimensional datasets efficiently, experience with MLOps, and domain experience in e-commerce, particularly in the pharmaceutical or scientific supply sector.
