Memory Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Memory Design Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full custom memory design and architectures, characterization, layout design, net-listers, complete SRAM design verification at compiler level, covering both design and layouts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for populating and publishing execution plans, design quality plans, DFMEA, and project health reports, along with risk and mitigation strategies.

The role requires good knowledge of different types of memory architecture, expertise in working on SRAM leaf cell GDS from scratch to top-level integration, and proficiency in various physical verification flow debug, such as DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR.

The candidate should be proficient in Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification flow. Synopsys Custom Compiler experience is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will also have understanding and working knowledge of good layout practices in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm, expertise working on FinFET architecture and challenges, and expertise in optimizing layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness.

The candidate will create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using tools like Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.
