You'll be the driving force behind our renewal strategy, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable impact.

The role involves project management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of renewal projects.
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor SLAs and maintain project documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Underwriting, and more.
  • Analyze trends in renewals, lapses, and customer cohorts.
  • Create MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling preferred.
