We're seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our fast-paced, high-ownership environment. In this core engineering role, you'll directly impact product performance and customer success by architecting, optimizing, and scaling backend systems that power real-time, data-heavy AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable microservices-based backend systems.
  • Develop high-performance RESTful APIs & WebSocket services.
  • Construct robust data flows and storage schemas using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
  • Deploy and manage containerized services with Docker & AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53).
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery cycles.
  • Ensure system resilience with distributed, fault-tolerant architecture.
  • Collaborate with Co-Founders and CTO to translate vision into scalable tech.
