Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in e-commerce software development to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying high-quality software applications on the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software applications using the MERN stack
  • Utilize Shopify APIs and SDKs to integrate custom functionality into Shopify stores
  • Develop and maintain complex backend systems using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature requirements
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on e-commerce software development
  • Proven expertise in the MERN stack, including React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
  • Experience with Shopify APIs and SDKs, including checkout extensions, theme extensions, and shopify functions
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
  • Portfolios that demonstrate proficiency in e-commerce software development and the MERN stack
