Job Title: Floor Supervisor

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our academic operations team in a key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily classroom activities, maintaining discipline, and assisting faculty members with backend tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare classrooms for sessions by checking equipment and setting up laptops, projectors, and microphones.
  • Distribute class materials and handouts promptly.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance records, if required.
  • Support invigilation of tests, both online and offline.
  • Maintain a clean and respectful environment in classrooms and common areas.
  • Assist faculty members with running sessions smoothly, including AV support and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the IT or operations team in case of equipment or software issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum education: Graduation.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in academic operations or education is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle routine technical issues, such as AV setup and minor troubleshooting.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
