Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Associate to support our team in identifying new investment opportunities and monitoring existing portfolio companies. To achieve this, you will conduct comprehensive financial analyses, develop robust financial models, and conduct thorough industry and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application and Documentation Management:
    • Guide students through the application process with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Assist students in compiling all required documents, including academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, statements of purpose, and resumes.
    • Submit applications to chosen universities and follow up with institutions to ensure smooth processing.
    • Provide comprehensive guidance on visa application processes, including required documents, interview preparation, and staying updated on the latest regulations.
  • Communication and Administrative Tasks:
    • Act as a bridge between students and educational institutions, communicating with university admissions offices to clarify doubts, track application status, and resolve any issues.
    • Regularly follow up with students to ensure they meet deadlines and provide pending information or documents.
    • Maintain a detailed and organized database of student information, application statuses, and communication records.
    • Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their move abroad, covering topics like accommodation, travel arrangements, and cultural adaptation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year professional working experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
