Job Title: Digital Solutions Manager

This role involves leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

A typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business needs, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to strategic decisions that impact the overall success of projects managed is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
  • Responsible for making team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices
  • Experience with application configuration and customization
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Requirements:

  • The candidate should have at least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required
