Senior Security Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Security Leader to drive our security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure.

This key position will oversee the entire security landscape, leading teams in implementing robust security measures and ensuring business continuity. A proven track record of success in a similar role is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee enterprise-wide security operations, integrating security into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement system hardening and secure configuration across Linux/Windows environments.
  • Drive the development and enforcement of AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging).
  • Present actionable risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Embed security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Manage rapid compliance and audit preparation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of InfoSec requests and escalations.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in security leadership and system administration.
  • Deep expertise in AWS/cloud security (IAM, KMS, Terraform, VPC).
  • Proven communication skills with executive presence and reporting fluency.
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies.
