As a seasoned professional in process equipment maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime, focusing on vial filling, vial washing, tunnel, and isolator systems.
  • Online Checklists: Utilize online platforms to record maintenance checklists according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Breakdown Maintenance: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, adhering to cGMP guidelines to minimize downtime and ensure continuity.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols throughout all maintenance activities.
  • Coordination: Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to address plant maintenance challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Spares Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts for all process equipment.
  • HVAC Operation: Operate and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal environmental conditions.
  • Clean Room Parameters: Monitor and maintain clean room parameters, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Requalification: Conduct regular requalifications of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • EHS Issues: Report and communicate relevant EHS concerns to designated personnel in a timely manner.
  • Purchase Requests: Prepare and submit purchase requests with accurate details, following established formats.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors regarding AMC-covered equipment to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Project Execution: Execute ongoing projects, new initiatives, and plant extension works while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Qualification Documents: Develop and manage qualification documents for equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
