Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, closely monitoring completion rates to enhance user retention.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed on current trends in language education to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content and maintain user curiosity.

Qualifications:

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience creating engaging content for language learning, ideally within digital platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
