• Strategic Framework: Has a clear, defensible framework for strategy. Can articulate the precise relationship between target cost per action, required daily budget for algorithmic learning, and data needed to make informed decisions.
• Foundational Skills: Analyze any landing page and architect a tightly-themed, granular campaign structure that perfectly matches user intent.
• Hands-On Execution: Believes hands-on execution drives the best strategy. Seeks this level of ownership because they know the most valuable insights come from doing the work themselves.

What You'll Bring:

• A proven history as both a strategist and a practitioner, with a portfolio of personally architecting, launching, and scaling campaigns from the ground up.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar search engine marketing budgets and driving significant, measurable revenue for competitive e-commerce or D2C brands.
• Expert-level mastery of the modern paid search ecosystem, especially hands-on with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Performance Max.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performance teams.
